What the Day Looks Like

A calm, supportive flow designed to help you gradually unwind:

  • Welcome and intention setting
  • Gentle guided relaxation
  • Hypnosis sessions for deep reset
  • Time for integration and reflection
  • Closing experience to anchor calm and clarity

(You don’t need to “do” anything—simply show up and allow yourself to be guided.)

*Lunch Break will be on your own from 12:00-1:00pm (Camellia Bake Shop is across the road).
